While I have always had a good experience with Soiled orders, this was probably a one off time where the quality check didn't happen. I received the plant with almost every leaf damaged and chopped up. It felt like no one checked the plant before couriering. The plant quality was however good enough for the plant to recover so overall it's okay. Hope someone is monitoring the couriers at Soiled backend team :)

We ship our plants in weekdays ie. monday to friday. We avoid weekends because we don't want our parcel to get stucked at the postal office. Processing depends on several factors like the type of plant, when you order it etc.
