Shipping
How long does shipping take?
We ship plants within 3-4 days after placing the order if we have them in stock. If not, we’ll email you with the details.
For planters and furniture, shipping takes approximately 1 week. If they’re not in stock, we craft them after receiving the order, which may take a little longer. We’ll keep you updated on the timeline.
Which courier do you use?
We use most of the courier services available in India, primarily Bluedart and Delhivery. For plants, we always try to ship using the fastest method available from the shipping location.
For planters and furniture, we usually use India Post as it is more economical for shipping heavy goods, helping us keep the cost of our products lower.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹699. For orders below this amount, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
How do you pack the products for shipping?
For plants, we use recyclable carton boxes for packaging. Most plants are shipped in plastic nursery pots, but for some, we securely wrap the root ball with plastic to ensure safe transit. We choose the best method based on the plant's safety during shipping.
For planters and furniture, we bubble-wrap the product and then cover it with plastic shipping wrap to protect it from damage during transit.
Where do you ship your products from?
We ship our products from our three warehouse locations across India: Pune, Kerala, and Assam. Your order will be dispatched from the warehouse where the product is available and from the most convenient location for shipping.
Can I track my order?
Yes, of course! We provide tracking details as soon as the courier picks up your parcel from our location. You’ll receive the tracking link via emai, so you can monitor your order's journey to your doorstep.
Order Issues
What if I receive a damaged plant or product?
We're really sorry if your plant or product arrives damaged. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product, with photos of the damaged item. We’ll assist you in resolving the issue and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’ll do everything we can to make it right
What if I receive the wrong plant or product?
If you receive the wrong plant or product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will either replace the item if it’s available or offer a refund. We strive to ensure that you get exactly what you ordered and will work quickly to resolve any issues.
Can I cancel or change my shipping address after placing an order?
You can cancel or change your shipping address within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as it hasn’t been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll assist you with the changes.
My tracking status hasn’t updated. What should I do?
This usually happens if the courier hasn't picked up the package yet. If there’s a delay or cancellation by the courier, we will ship fresh products to you. Please reach out to us, and we’ll update you on the status of your order.
I received only part of my order. Where is the rest?
We ship from multiple locations, so it’s possible that different items in your order may arrive separately. If any items are delayed due to limited stock, we’ll notify you and ship them as soon as possible. Please reach out to us if you have any concerns!
