Monstera Esqueleto is the big brother to the Monstera Adansonii with bigger, huge leaves. Like the leaves of monstera adansonii, the leaves of the epipremnoides are also slender and pointed with a very similar fenestration pattern. This plant is absolutely stunning and a must-have for any serious monstera collector

Light

This Monstera prefers bright, indirect light to thrive. Direct sunlight can scorch its delicate leaves, while too little light can hinder its growth and fenestration development. A spot near an east or north-facing window is ideal, or you can use a sheer curtain to filter the sunlight.

Water

Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. Water when the top 1-2 inches of soil feel dry to the touch. Overwatering can lead to root rot, so ensure the pot has drainage holes to prevent excess water accumulation.

Growing Media

Monstera Esqueleto thrives in a well-draining, airy potting mix. A mixture of peat moss, perlite, and orchid bark works well, providing the right balance of moisture retention and aeration. Adding some cocopeat can enhance the mix, offering additional drainage and preventing soil compaction.
