Horrible packaging. No pot, just wrapped in paper with plastic wrapped around the root ball and negligible amount of soil. Fortunately this plant survived, along with my Monstera Deliciosa whereas most of my other plants purchased from here have died within a week of purchase. Cost is too high for the plants & service you give.
Beautiful plant received initially. Maybe I'm not able to care well enough for it as leaves turn yellow and fall off.
It's a Beautiful baby lost 3 leaves in the past month since I've gotten it though. Might be the repotting red soil that I got from the gardener. Would really appreciate if an add-on option for the perfect potting mix was available for 5-7inch pot as the description.

We ship our plants in weekdays ie. monday to friday. We avoid weekends because we don't want our parcel to get stucked at the postal office. Processing depends on several factors like the type of plant, when you order it etc.
Standard shipping takes 4-6 days to reach, but it may vary during the holiday seasons and your location.
